How it works
Foundations of Practice is designed as a focused four-session container. The work centers on establishing a real meditation practice, understanding the basic movements of attention and awareness, and learning how to bring practice into the rhythm of daily life.
Choose a time below. During scheduling, you'll be invited to enter your conscious exchange amount and preferred payment method.
Rather than a fixed rate, this work is offered through conscious exchange. After scheduling, you're invited to choose an amount that feels like a clear and respectful exchange for the work. For context, many people offer between $100–$300 per session. This range is simply a point of reference. You are welcome to offer less or more based on what feels honest, sustainable, and aligned for you.
